Where Vision Becomes Value
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program allows foreign investors to obtain citizenship in exchange for a qualifying investment. Key regulations include a minimum age of 18 for the main applicant, a clean criminal record, and passing a due diligence process. Investors can investment in approved real estate. The program also allows for the inclusion of dependents, such as spouses, children, and dependent parents and grandparents.
Resort Share
ROI share with the minimum investment requirement of USD 270.000. This share will give a return on invest each year for five (5) years starting the year after the start of operation of the resort.
Provided that the current IMA Grenada requirements are met, the share can be resold and the you can recover a certain portion of the investment costs.
Real Estate
Apartment or villa investment. 100% permanent ownership, eligible for Grenada citizenship application, flexible income options, and can be resold upon meeting the conditions regulated by IMA Grenada.
Grenadian Citizenship by Investment (CBI)
