Impressed by the rapid advancement, the Prime Minister stated it had “greatly exceeded my expectations.” With the concrete structure for Hotel Tower 1’s first 10 floors complete and a target to top out the tower by year-end, potential investors can see the rapid progress in construction, which naturally builds confidence.
