Heng Sheng Group is pleased to report another month of significant and steady progress at the Grenada National Resort, with key vertical construction milestones being achieved across the landmark project.
The skyline of the resort is rapidly taking shape as the main structure of Hotel Tower 1 has now advanced to the 12th floor, marking approximately 80% completion of its primary framework. In parallel, the grand hotel lobby and podium structure, which will form the heart of the resort’s welcome experience, have reached an impressive 90% completion.
Momentum is also strong at the future site of the resort’s premier entertainment venue, where construction of the casino is moving forward apace. A significant step was taken this month with the first successful concrete pour for the first-floor suspended slab.
On the ground, development of the resort’s 18-hole championship golf course continues to advance, with extensive earthworks and detailed shaping contouring the spectacular landscape.
Further underscoring the project’s scale and self-sufficiency, our on-site production facility is now in mass production of high-quality concrete bricks and precast drainage pipes, ensuring a consistent and efficient supply of essential materials for all ongoing work.
