Across Southeast Asia, investor priorities are evolving. Families are looking beyond local markets, seeking international opportunities that offer not only greater mobility and access but also long-term security and legacy planning for future generations.
This growing appetite for global opportunity was clear at the Juwai IQI Global Investment Conference, held from 29–30 October in Kuala Lumpur. I was honoured to share the vision behind the Grenada National Resort — Grenada’s largest citizenship-by-investment (CBI) real estate development — and to introduce attendees to the investment process and its benefits.
Building bridges between Asia and the world
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, my journey with HSG began in Vietnam, where we’ve built a strong agent network and positioned the Grenada National Resort as a trusted, high-quality investment option.
What inspires me most is witnessing how families transform their futures through investment. It’s not simply about diversifying portfolios; it’s about expanding horizons and creating the freedom to live, work, and invest on a truly global scale.
Within the Grenada National Resort, investors can choose from three tailored investment routes — Hotel Share, Apartment Purchase, and Villa Purchase.
Travelling to Kuala Lumpur to speak on the Strategic Mobility for Global Citizens panel at the IQI conference was a highlight of my year. The audience’s engagement was exceptional, with many calling the Grenada National Resort one of the most exciting and credible CBI opportunities available today.

Highlights from Kuala Lumpur
Attendees were especially drawn to Grenada’s unique treaty with the United States, which offers eligible investors an additional pathway to establish business and professional ties in the U.S., further enhancing the global advantages of Grenadian citizenship.
A Grenadian passport also provides visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to more than 140 countries and territories worldwide, including the UK, Schengen, China, and Singapore. This opens up a world of opportunity for travel, business and education for investors and their families.
Investors were also keen to understand Grenada National Resort’s ROI-driven business model, particularly the Hotel Share investment route, which allows investors to realise a return after five years.
The two-day event was well attended and filled with insightful discussions, reflecting Southeast Asia’s growing influence in global investment migration.
From momentum to partnership
Every conversation in Kuala Lumpur reinforced why I do this work. At HSG, it is not just about property or investment — it is about helping families secure their futures, achieve their ambitions, and create lasting legacies.
As we follow up after the conference, my focus is on turning new connections into enduring partnerships, guiding each investor with personal care and commitment. The Grenada National Resort is more than a development; it represents hope, opportunity, and the freedom to build a brighter, more secure future for the next generation.
