Unlocking the World: What Attracts Middle East Investors to Grenada CBI

By Mira Bou Nassar, Regional Channel Manager, HSG International

Across the Middle East, a growing number of investors are looking beyond pure financial growth as they map out their investments and make plans for future generations. They want freedom, security, and a lasting legacy for their families. In an era of shifting markets and changing global dynamics, Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs are attracting greater attention for the opportunities they provide.

Among these, Grenada stands out as one of the most trusted and forward-looking options, combining transparency, efficiency, and genuine global opportunity. At the heart of this vision is the Grenada National Resort — the country’s largest CBI real estate development on track to open in 2027. Investors can choose from three GNR investment routes: Hotel Share, Apartment Purchase, or Villa Purchase.

Live in Beirut

At the recent RCPIE Investment Conference in Beirut, I had the pleasure of presenting the Grenada National Resort in a 30-minute speech and joining a panel session with other industry players on the global CBI industry in 2025.

Following my speaking sessions, I received many thoughtful questions about the GNR project, the investment process, and the benefits of Grenada CBI – particularly for families. Several attendees even expressed interest in visiting Grenada in person. The best feedback I could hope for!

Attendees were especially drawn to Grenada’s unique treaty with the United States, which offers eligible investors an additional pathway to establish business and professional ties in the U.S., further enhancing the global advantages of Grenadian citizenship. A Grenadian passport also provides visa-free (or visa-on-arrival) access to more than 140 countries, including the UK, Schengen Area, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.

Bridging the Caribbean and the Middle East

My journey with HSG began with a shared vision: to connect credible, high-value Caribbean investments with discerning Middle East investors. With a background in B2B sales and investment consultancy, I recognised the Grenada National Resort as more than a property investment. It is a strategic platform linking lifestyle, security, and mobility.

Representing HSG allows me to offer families not just a property, but a pathway to protect their assets, expand their horizons, and secure their future through one trusted decision. That connection — between global opportunity and personal legacy — is what makes this work so meaningful.

Trust and transparency

HSG provides full transparency at every stage, ensuring that every investor is part of a project built on integrity, accountability, and long-term value. This commitment reflects both Grenada’s strong CBI framework and HSG’s philosophy of partnership based on trust.

As interest grows following RCPIE, the focus now is on continuing conversations and strengthening relationships across the Middle East. Each interaction is an opportunity to share Grenada’s story and to help investors explore how global citizenship can align with their aspirations for security and mobility.

Because ultimately, this work is not just about property or citizenship. It is about confidence, connection, and continuity — helping families plan for the future with clarity and purpose. Grenada National Resort stands as a symbol of stability and opportunity, and for Middle East investors, an invitation to be part of a truly global vision.
