August 2025 was a month of significant advancement with several key milestones achieved across the site. A major highlight is the completion of the main structure for the golf clubhouse. Alongside this, the preliminary configuration for the 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, has also been finished. Progress on Hotel Tower 1 continues at pace, with its main structure now over 65% complete, while foundation work for the new casino has also been concluded.
