Grenada National Resort Construction Update – December 2025

December marked rapid progress on the hotel complex, led by Hotel Tower 1, which moved swiftly through the 14th and 15th floors and advanced into the 16th—keeping the project on track for an imminent top-out in January.

Momentum continued across the wider resort, including a multi-agency government inspection led by Grenada’s Investment Migration Agency (IMA), alongside representatives from the Physical Development Authority (PDA) and Grenada Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC).

The hotel lobby’s main structure is now fully complete, strengthening the resort’s central guest arrival experience. Construction at the future casino continued at first-floor level, while the 18-hole championship golf course progressed with ongoing earthwork balancing and rough shaping across multiple fairways, supported by continued stone retaining wall works.

Our on-site production facility remained in continuous operation throughout the month, supplying concrete bricks and precast drainage pipes, alongside ongoing quarry production to support construction activities across the resort.

With major structural milestones approaching, the resort’s transformation is accelerating—laying the groundwork for a world-class destination that will deliver long-term value for Grenada.
