September 2025 saw significant progress across the resort’s main structures. Hotel Tower 1 has now reached the 10th floor, marking 75% completion for its main frame. This is a milestone mirrored by the Phase I hotel lobby and podium, which is also 75% complete. Elsewhere on the expansive site, foundation work has commenced for the casino, and earthwork is now underway for fairways 8-11 of the signature 18-hole championship golf course, designed by the renowned Robert Trent Jones II.
